Seasonal Greenhouse Associate
We are looking for ridiculously passionate people who share our love of plants and are obsessed with the success of co-workers and customers. Ideal candidates will show up for work fresh and focused with an enthusiastic attitude and a ridiculous passion for learning.
This position offers seasonal, full-time or part-time hours. Weekend availability preferred.
Pay Range
$16-$18 per hour
This hourly, non-exempt role pay range represents the expected starting rate for this position. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Care for and maintain plant material through watering, trimming, deadheading, and general upkeep
- Pot, plant, and maintain cuttings, liners, seeds, and hanging baskets
- Receive, unpack, price, and merchandise plants and fresh product
- Move and unload plant deliveries using greenhouse carts and trolleys
- Restock, consolidate, and maintain organized, visually appealing plant displays
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized greenhouse work areas
- Properly store and return tools, carts, plastics, cardboard, and supplies
- Assist customers with basic plant identification, care, and availability questions
- Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and team expectations
- Pitch in with additional greenhouse or store tasks as needed
Required Qualificaitons
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements.

Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, active role that requires being on your feet for most of the workday. The position involves lifting and carrying 10–25 pounds repetitively, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling carts, and handling plant materials. This role requires the ability to work in hot, humid greenhouse conditions as well as varying outdoor weather conditions, and to remain hydrated throughout the shift.
