Terarrium Workshop

Join us for a workshop to create a one of a kind terrarium of your own. Learn what makes a successful terrarium, including the planting process along with tips on care and maintenance.

$15 workshop fee + cost of materials.

Your workshop fee covers instruction, design help, and potting medium. Additional materials include various vessels, rock, moss, bark, plants, and additional decor.

The Perennial Kitchen

In her book, The Perennial Kitchen, Beth provides the context of food’s origins, along with delicious recipes, nutrition information, and tips for smart sourcing. More than a farm-to-table cookbook, this book expands the definition of “local food” to embrace regenerative agriculture, and the method of growing small and large crops with ecological services.

Flower Pressing
with Sunny, Northwoods Folk

Join Sunny of Northwoods Folk for a delightful flower pressing workshop where you will learn how to preserve the beauty of nature's blooms and create your own unique works of art. Sunny will start by giving you a glimpse into her urban homestead and then, will guide you through the process of selecting the perfect flowers to arrange in stunning designs. You'll use pressed flowers to create your very own botanical lantern. This workshop is perfect for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced crafters. All materials will be included, just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

$60 workshop fee (includes a take-home flower press)
