As the Director of Employee Experience, you will lead Tonkadale’s people practices, ensuring clarity, consistency, accountability, and care. This role combines hands on execution and partnership with leaders to support strong teams and a workplace culture aligned with Tonkadale’s values.

This role shapes and implements all HR functions, policy development, compliance, and safety programs.

As a Seasonal Greenhouse Associate at our growing range in Breckenridge, MN you’ll work hands-on with plants while helping create a beautiful, thriving greenhouse environment during our busiest seasons. You’ll support daily greenhouse operations by filling pots, planting, loading trucks, caring for plants, and watering. This role is ideal for someone who loves being around plants, enjoys physical, active work, and takes pride in contributing to a fresh, well-cared-for growing range.
