If your plant isn’t looking its best, don’t dig it up just yet! We’re here to help.
Send us a few photos and a brief description of the issue to hello@tonkadale.com before removing the plant from the ground. Our plant experts can often help diagnose the problem and guide you toward a solution.
Annuals & Indoor Plants
Annuals and indoor plants bought at full price are guaranteed for 14 days.
If one of these plants, seeds, or bulbs does not perform within that time, and it was properly cared for, we will issue store credit.
Trees & Shrubs
Trees and shrubs bought at full price are guaranteed for 90 days (not including winter months). If a hardy tree or shrub does not perform within that time, and was planted and cared for properly, we will issue store credit.
Perennials
Perennials bought at full price are guaranteed for 30 days (not including winter months).
If a hardy perennial does not perform within that time and was planted and cared for properly, we will issue store credit.
Hardgoods
Hardgoods may be returned in saleable condition within 14 days of original purchase. *Hardgoods include non-plant products such as pottery, soils, and garden accessories.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
If you need to use our guarantee, please bring us your plant, have your receipt or access to the purchase under your Tonkadale Loyalty account.
We shall not be liable for plants that do not survive or are damaged due to improper planting or watering, incorrect plant protection, transportation, insects, branch breakage, improper garden placement, failure to blossom or other acts of nature, drought, winterkill, salt damage, and damage from animals or extreme weather.
