Herbal flower that can be eaten as a fresh edible garnish or dried for cozy teas in the colder months. Harvest the flower heads as they open and dry for delicious herbal teas!
Transplant. Sow 4 weeks before last frost by gently pressing seeds into the surface of the soil (seed require light to germinate) and keep evenly moist while seedlings emerge. Plant out at the 4-6 leaf stage, chamomile prefers to be transplanted out as a younger seedling. Pinch as first buds appear to encourage abundant blooming.
