A mounding, rosette-shaped succulent with bright green leaves edged with purple that darkens to a lovely purplish-bronze as the weather cools. In summer small white flower spikes arise from the center of the rosette. Thrives in rocky and gravelly soils, and easily fills in small spaces. Works well as a groundcover when planted en masse.
