An upright herbaceous perennial with dark wine-red foliage and tubular pink flowers. Blooms throughout the summer and shows off its dark seed heads in the fall. An excellent plant to bring contrast to mixed beds, borders, and meadows. Tolerates extreme temperatures well. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.
