The email used to register online needs to match our in-store records. If we have the incorrect email in our in-store system, your historical in-store points will not link to the online registration. If you are unsure, please send us an email to loyalty@tonkadale.com and we'll be able to fix!

Points for online orders are awarded up to 48 hours after pickup.

Some items may not qualify for loyalty points. Loyalty points are non-transferable. Rules subject to change.
