After a busy summer with hot weather, trips to the cabin, kids’ activities and more, fall is a great time to re-group, gather our thoughts and reflect. Kids are back to school, evenings and mornings are cooler, leaves are changing and the light is lower. Fall doesn’t have to mark the end of something, but can mark the beginning of new routines and opportunity.
At Tonkadale, it has become our routine to mark the beginning of fall with Customer Appreciation Day! We like to take this time of year to reflect on the busy spring season behind us and thank our customers for allowing us to do what we love to do! So, a big THANK YOU to you! You make Tonkadale great. It is our pleasure to serve you from season to season and share our knowledge and know-how! Our goal is simple and succinct: to create an experience to inspire and make our customers successful at the art of gardening. It’s a process, it’s a pleasure and a promise to you.
Celebrate with us tomorrow, Saturday Sept. 5 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm for free hot dogs and root beer floats. And don’t miss our HUGE perennial sale – all perennials 50% off. How cool is that!?
Well, the greenhouse is looking great and bursting with fall color. Mums, kale and grasses are here. Pumpkins and gourds are not far behind. Our fall seminar schedule is available for viewing. We have a great line-up of seminars and hands-on workshops! Bring a friend, bring your family… It’s Fall, y’all!!
Tonkadale Greenhouse will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7 for Labor Day. Enjoy the holiday with your family and friends!
