Ed Sheeran! Listen to it here, or not) is to welcome new customers to Tonkadale, re-connect with our loyal friends, create excitement about the products we sell and engage with the community. Take a seat along the turf runway as we showcase the hippest houseplants for this season. You do not have to prove hipster status to attend this session. Registration not required, just show up!

Create a spring wreath to enjoy inside or outside your home using permanent flowers and foliage on your choice of wreath form. Design direction ranges from fresh and flowery to simple and minimalistic. A wreath for every hook! No experience necessary. $10.00 + materials. Registration required.

If you are a grip and grin, selfie savant, sharp over soft or spray-and-pray photog with any kind of glass – join us for a morning of photography fun in the greenhouse. Plant-centric demonstration stations and kids activity table. Use and follow the hashtag #mygreenhousehome or tag @tonkadale and get a free 2 inch terrarium plant.
Many dozen photos were posted last year and it was sooo fun to see all of the different photographic perspectives. Plant portraiture is rather low key. No pressure to perform! Delicious coffee and goodies will be served. Registration not required, just show up!

Drop in and create an indoor plant arrangement: hanging kokedama ball, terrarium or succulent/cactus planter. No time line here! Choose your project and your price point, or do all three. $29.99 or $49.99 option for each arrangement. Registration not required, just show up!

Learn how to tie one simple know to create a macrame plant hanger in our glass house. $75.00 includes instruction, materials and supplies. This project is a great way to connect with a friend or make a new one. Plant and pot not included, but we will help you pick them out. Registration required.

Design an indoor plant container inspired by the Pop and Scott Workshop Collective. Start with an 10”, 12” or 14” white, ceramic container. Prices start at $39.99 for each project and correspond with your pot size choice. We clean up the mess. An elevated craft project for adults who love plants! Registration required.

Seminar, vendor booths, music, family fun, food and local beer! $15 minimum donation gets an all-access wristband. $5 for kids.

Kid-centric workshop in a warm and friendly environment. Create a fairy garden to enjoy indoors. Design staff will be available to assist you as you create and construct your fairy garden in our workshop space. $10.00 + materials, registration required.

Events Glossary (not to be glossed over)
Seminars – Sit and watch, enjoy the show. Seminars are free and do not require registration. Just show up. Seating can be limited, so come early to secure your seat.
Workshops – Instructional time followed by a project you complete with our expert staff right by your side. There is usually a fee associated with a workshop project. Materials used in the workshop are not included in the workshop fee. No outside plants or accessories, please. Workshop participants always leave with a finished project they can be proud of!
Drop-in Workshop – Show up and create the designated project any time during the designated time frame. See definition above for further details.
